Refund and Returns Policy

    Within 30 days of receiving the goods, you must file any claims for things that were misprinted, damaged and defective. All claims for packages lost in transit must be made no later than 30 days following the anticipated delivery date. Claims that are considered to be the result of a mistake on our part are paid for by us.

    The supplier’s address is the default setting for the return address. You will receive an automatic email notification when we receive a returned package. After 30 days, unclaimed refunds are given to a charity. You would be responsible for any returned shipments you receive if the Supplier’s address, which we have provided, isn’t utilized as the return address.

    Wrong Address – The courier will return the cargo to our facility if you or your end customer supply an address that is deemed inadequate. When we have established a new address with you, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees (if and as applicable).

    Unclaimed: If a cargo is not picked up, it is returned to us, and you are responsible for paying for a new shipment to either you or your end client (if and as applicable).

    You acknowledge that any orders that are returned due to an incorrect shipping address or a failure to claim a shipment will not be eligible for reshipment and will instead be donated to charity at your expense if you have not created an account on elitecottonwear.com and established a billing method (without us issuing a refund).

    We don’t accept returns of sealed products that can’t be returned for health or hygiene concerns, including but not limited to face masks. By checking this box, you acknowledge that any returned orders that contain face masks won’t be reshipped and will instead be discarded.

    We do not issue refunds for unsatisfactory purchases.

    Consumers in the EU are thus notified that the right of withdrawal may not be provided for in accordance with Articles 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights.

    1. the distribution of products that are obviously customized or manufactured to the customer’s demands;

    2. sealed items that were opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection concerns.

    Elite Cotton Wear therefore retains the right, in its sole discretion, to deny returns.

    Prior to mailing the supplier, please email info.elitecotton@gmail.com to let them know about returns.

    Regardless of any translations produced for any reason whatsoever, this Policy shall be controlled by and construed in line with the English language.
